If you have been granted administrative access and if your Joomla site is configured to allow you to login from the front end, you could edit some articles from your website itself rather than the administrative backend.
Login to the front end. If you have permission to edit articles, you'll see a little note icon at the top of the article. Clicking on the icon displays an embedded editor right in your web page. This is a convenient way to edit web content.
Take care to head this advice about how to paste information into your article. And be careful not to overwrite custom formated articles that may include special code.
