What do you provide with a basic hosting account?

Our main service is not hosting, but we do provide this as a convenience to customers whose web sites we designed, and because it is cost-effective for us to manage everything with the same system. Hosting and maintenance is free the first year and $360 per year thereafter. Hosting and maintenance for sites we did not design is $360 per year from the start.

Our basic hosting includes 50 MB of space and 10 POP3 e-mail accounts. More space is available for an additional cost, but we find this is sufficient for most customers.

How much tech support do you provide with hosting?

We provide up to one hour per month, non-cumulative, free support and maintenance. Typically we can respond within 24 hours to your inquiry.

After the first hour per month, we charge $45/hour, in 15-minute minimum increments.

We are happy to negotiate custom support contracts.
